File, data and account deletion

Processing files

Temporary working copies are removed after result download begins. Interrupted jobs are cleared during server cleanup. Deleted files cannot be restored and the service is not a backup.

Sign out

Select the account name in the header and choose sign out to end the current browser session.

Delete an account

Email eeabdalla.c@gmail.com from the registered address with “Delete iLoveDoc account”. After ownership confirmation, account, sessions and attempt balance will be removed within 30 days unless a limited record must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Limits of a request

Anonymous aggregate records cannot identify a person and may remain. If the request concerns a support message, include its date and subject so it can be located.
