Is the service free?

A guest receives three standard operations before sign-in is requested. New accounts receive two Premium attempts, and any future charge is displayed before confirmation.

How do I sign in or create an account?

Continue with Google, or create an account with your name, email, and a password of at least eight characters.

When are files deleted?

Working copies are removed after result download begins, and incomplete jobs are cleaned periodically. Keep the original because iLoveDoc is not a storage service.

Is file content used for advertising?

No. Ads, when enabled, appear around publisher content and do not require reading an uploaded document. Files are not sold or used for personalized advertising.

Why can conversion results differ?

Fonts, tables, images and the source application affect conversion. Check important pages and numbers, and do not rely only on automation for sensitive documents.

Which tools are indexed?

Only tools with a completed and reviewed engine are included in search and advertising. Prepared OCR, AI or external-provider pages remain excluded until they work.

How do I delete an account?

Follow the account and data deletion instructions and send the request from the registered email address.
