Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 July 2026. This policy explains what iLoveDoc processes, why it is needed, retention and your choices.

Account and sign-in information

We collect an email address when you request access. A short-lived sign-in link is sent to that address; users do not create a password. Account, session and Premium-attempt records are retained. Time, IP address and limited technical data may be logged to prevent abuse and protect access.

Uploaded files

Files are used only for the selected operation. A working copy is stored temporarily with restricted permissions and removed after result download begins or processing fails. File contents are not sold, used for model training or used to personalize advertising.

Usage information

We may process browser, device, language, requested page and performance-error data to repair faults, understand demand and block automated misuse. We do not attempt to derive personal information from document content.

Cookies

An essential session cookie keeps a verified user signed in. Local storage remembers consent and guest limits. Analytics or advertising storage that requires consent in a visitor's region will not be enabled before a choice.

Google AdSense

We may use Google AdSense after Google approves the site. Google and its partners may use cookies or identifiers to deliver and measure ads according to consent and settings. Read how Google uses data from partner sites. Uploaded file contents are not supplied to Google for advertising.

Providers and disclosure

Hosting, email and processing providers receive only what they need for their role. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. Personal information is not sold.

Retention and rights

Account data remains until deletion is requested or the account becomes inactive under our retention process. Security logs may remain for a limited investigation period. Use the account and data deletion page to request access, correction or deletion.
